A lovely and romantic aqua blue chalcedony has been set in sterling silver with a handmade ring band from sterling silver half dome wire. This stone is just lovely with a light aqua color and a faceted surface cut that helps the stone catch the light and sparkle. It is 20mm x 15mm in size with a height of 7mm.

Gold filled means that the ring band 14/20 gold bonded over brass metal. The first number is the karat purity of the gold used; the second number is the amount, by weight, of gold to the substrate material. The value of gold-filled is greater than gold-plated because gold-filled has an actual layer of karat gold, not just a microscopic film.
