A stunningly elegant small round flashy moonstone has been set in sterling silver with a yellow gold filled ring band. The moonstone is 6mm in size. The mixed metals give this ring a little bit of edge.

Gold filled means that the ring band 14/20 gold bonded over brass metal. The first number is the karat purity of the gold used; the second number is the amount, by weight, of gold to the substrate material. The value of gold-filled is greater than gold-plated because gold-filled has an actual layer of karat gold, not just a microscopic film.
